We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests made after this period will be denied. You can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouses. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are handled within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order and are shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our website are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused by customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

What if the items I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Include your order number, photos of the product(s), and all relevant references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product or the cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank to inquire when the refund will be posted to your account.
